how do you use a stamp?

When you look at a stamp, if you scroll down a little, on the right side there is a box-like thing that says Thumb. Copy the thing inside the box (should start off with :thumb , then have a lot of numbers after the :thumb part.) Once you have this copied paste in your journal or whatever and the stamp should show up. Sorry if it doesn't make sense, I am bad at explaining.
